  • Conducting analysis of current vacancies, preparing and posting job announcements;
  • Identifying and researching potential candidates through various channels;
  • Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, assessing candidates' skills, and providing recommendations based on suitability;
  • Conducting interviews at different stages of the recruitment process (phone interviews, video interviews, and in-person meetings);
  • Utilizing tools and tests, if necessary, to evaluate candidates' skills;
  • Supporting communication between the candidate and the respective department until the candidate is confirmed for the position;
  • Presenting job offers to approved candidates;
  • Conducting orientation sessions;
  • Performing other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements for the Position

  • Higher education (in Human Resources, Management, Social Sciences, Psychology, or other related fields);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field;
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • Understanding of the theoretical and methodological foundations of Human Resources Management;
  • Proficiency in English (fluent), good knowledge of Russian;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Strong communication skills, collaboration, responsibility, continuous development, result-oriented mindset, initiative, organizational understanding, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.
