Develop Marketing Strategy to Achieve Company Goals:

  • Create a comprehensive Marketing Strategy and Action Plan to drive traffic to both offline stores and online shops, maximizing sales, customer satisfaction, and brand awareness.
  • Allocate resources to various above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) activities, including traditional mass media, retailer call-to-actions, digital media, and collaborations with related departments within the organization as well as third parties, businesses, and suppliers to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Make a clear selection of communication channels most efficient for given communication purposes and develop a specific strategy for each communication channel, staying in line with the general Retail brand strategy.

Budget Oversight:

  • Manage and oversee the marketing department budget, ensuring effective allocation of funds for new and ongoing campaigns.

Analyze Campaign Performance:

  • Utilize data analytics to analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and interpret campaign metrics for reporting purposes.
  • Present campaign performance insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Analyze Business Environment:

  • Analyze competitors’ activities, the local beauty retail environment, and international trends to develop an effective local strategy and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Analyze consumer groups, loyalty card holders, and consumer behavior to create a strategy addressing their needs.

Supervise Retail E-commerce website generate traffic to it:

  • Oversee retail e-commerce website, ensuring seamless integration with offline marketing efforts and driving traffic to online platform.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase online visibility and drive traffic to e-commerce websites.
  • Utilize SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and attract organic traffic to online platforms.
  • Optimize UI/UX of e-commerce websites to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates.

Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Influencers’ Relationship Management:

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and online advertising.
  • Manage and execute advertising campaigns on social media platforms, with expertise in campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain statistics on the cost and reach of social media campaigns, analyze data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with influencers, bringing fresh perspectives to our brand.

Trade Marketing and Collaborations:

  • Lead the creation of compelling promotional campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across channels.
  • Spearhead store visual merchandising for each campaign, working closely with the design team.
  • Exercise control over the production of advertising and point of sales materials.
  • Develop strategies for radio and TV advertising, negotiating placements with media agencies.
  • Manage sponsorship activities, collaborating with event organizers for maximum brand exposure.
  • Utilize loyalty card data for data-driven marketing strategies.

Consumer-Centric Marketing:

  • Infuse a consumer-centric approach into all marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and preferences.
  • Implement personalized marketing initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Team Management and Collaboration:

  • Oversee a team of marketing specialists, including designers, event managers, and digital marketing managers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the retail/beauty & personal care industry.
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Digital Marketing courses is a plus
  • Strong campaign management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent presentation and pitching skills, including the ability to deliver compelling pitches to upper management and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of marketing specialists and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Knowledge of English, Russian, and Azerbaijani languages.
