Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Work experience from 3 years
  • Good in Azerbaijan and Russian, English is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Good communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills so as to ensure free flow of company logistics process

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of logistics throughout the supply chain of the company
  • Plan, direct, or coordinate the transportation, storage, or distribution of goods and services
  • Monitor the entire process of product movement
  • Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues
  • In the case of international transactions, prepare the necessary shipping and export documents.
  • Properly fill and enter all receipts and invoices
  • Track all orders that are made by the firm as at when due
  • Make sure that delivery vans or cargo ships (as the case may be) are properly loaded
  • Have expertise in the handling of different equipment normally used for the storage and shipment of products
  • Analyze areas of corporate logistics so as to find out the most cost-effective means or method of transporting supplies
  • Negotiate transport or logistics rates with suppliers so as to improve the supply chain

Work conditions:

  • Work schedule 5/2, 09.00-18.00
