Job Description: 

  • Compose emails, reports, and other business correspondences professionally.
  • Ensure accuracy in tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Make travel arrangements and coordinate complex schedules.
  • Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and handle appointments.
  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and office organization.

Education Requirement:  A bachelor's degree is often preferred, but not always required.  Relevant coursework in business administration or a related field is beneficial.

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Polished and professional demeanor in dealing with executives, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using office software and applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the initiative to resolve issues independently.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Language Skills: English, Azerbaijani and Russian (desirable).
