What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux servers and associated applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes to ensure high availability and efficiency.
• Provide support for end-users, troubleshoot technical issues, and respond to helpdesk tickets related to Linux systems.
• Apply security patches and updates to systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Assist in managing backup processes and testing disaster recovery procedures.
• Ensuring the integration of applications into different systems

What You Bring to the Table:
Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience working with Linux Servers is a plus.

Skills:

• Familiarity with Linux distributions (e.g., RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu,).
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Understanding of command-line tools and system processes.
• Experience with basic server configurations and troubleshooting
• Exposure to virtualization tools (e.g., VMware, VMware Cloud Director) is a plus.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of scripting, APIs or system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Written and oral communication skills in English (B1 level)
