Sinteks Group of Companies is the Fashion/Jewelry/Food&Beverage Retailer in Caucasus with more than  500 brands in it’s portfolio in the Region. A current activity of the Sinteks Group of companies is Franchising of fashion, jewelry and F&B brands: Gucci, Dolce&Gabbana, Burberry, Emporio-Armani, Valentino, Chaumet, Gloria Jeans Coffee and others.
Currently we are recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager who will Improve customer relationships and provide outstanding customer satisfaction, handling and monitoring customer complaints.
 
Main duties:

  Providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services;
  Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face. Producing written information for customers;
  Plan, carry out and evaluate regular customer satisfaction surveys;
  Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems have been pass;
  Handling customer complaints or any major incidents. Responsible for monitoring the processing status of customer complaints and to taking corrective action if required;
  Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
  Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing;
  Writing reports analyzing the customer service that your organization provides;
  Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use;
  Learning about your organization’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes.
 
Requirements:
 
 Customer service orientation
 Strong communication skills - verbal and written
 Problem analysis and problem-solving
 Attention to detail and accuracy
 Data collection and ordering
 Time management, Initiative, Stress tolerance
 Ability to work under pressure and Adaptability
 Fluent knowledge in Azeri and Russian languages; English language knowledge is welcome
 MS Office program computer skills;
