Product owner (for POS Terminal & Acquiring businesses)

Tasks:

  • Development and launch of the POS Terminal and other Acquiring products;
  • Increasing the sales from acquiring products (POS terminals, E-commerce);
  • Support and lead the analysis the profitability of products, optimization of costs, stabilizing the turnover from acquiring products;
  • Proactively and fast solutions of problems regarding acquiring products, coordination with necessary units within Bank, ability to convert of customer’s problems into opportunities and features;
  • Continuously analysis of local and international market for development of acquiring products;
  • Definition of work on the product and sprint, setting priorities together with the team;
  • Verification of requirements with the development team and stakeholders;
  • Keeping product documentation up to date;
  • Working with UX;
  • Definition, regular analysis and preparation of proposals for improving the KPI of the product

Required skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in banking / fintech / e-commerce
  • Knowledge about POS terminals, E-commerce;
  • Acquantanence with Vendors of Acquiring Devices;
  • Proven experience in product development in the field of financial services(Acquiring and Card products):
  • Experience in creating a product road map, coordination of all aspects between the main teams;
  • Experience in writing technical tasks and specifications;
  • Experience in developing business models;
  • Experience in product analytics, also based on product metrics ;
  • Ability to understand Agile principles;
  • Ability to understand the customer (individual entrepreneur/Merchant) experience in the banking segment (both offline and online);
  • Ability to build relationships with both business and technical teams;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
