Responsibilities:

• Preparation of tours, organization of individual and group tours
• Booking hotels, concluding contracts with hotels
• Relationships with external and internal partners and conducting business correspondence
• Responding to inquiries from customers in a timely and quick manner
• Responding to inquiries via e-mails

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in this field
• Ability to work independently on a computer
• Proficiency in spoken English
• Ability to conduct official correspondence in English
• Working in a team and collaborative environment
• Possessing positive characteristics such as attentiveness, responsibility, and integrity

Working days: 6 days a week (one day off)

Working hours: From 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (week days)

From 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (saturday)
