Monitoring and Evaluation Project coordinator

The representative of HEKS-EPER organization to the Azerbaijan Republic will start on behalf of Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Azerbaijan project: Development of Agriculture and Rural economics in Sheki-Zakatala and Ganja-Gazakh economical regions.

In frame of the project the HEKS-EPER Azerbaijan is pleased to announce opening for position of Team Leader.

Duties and Responsibilities

In the interests of an efficient and suitable project management HEKS-EPER contracts a Project coordinator for monitoring and evaluation.

Operational support

Support

• Together with Team Leader to  establish a  professional monitoring and evaluation system based on Outcome Monitoring Concept.

• Responsible for planning monitoring according to the outcome monitoring concept OMC.

• Assure efficient collection of all necessary data in an effective, critical and inclusive way that represents varying points of view.

• Provide regular updates summarizing key findings from monitoring activities for the project team and prepare quarterly reports to project management that include analysis of main issues encountered during monitoring activities by all staff.
• Contribute to the preparation of half yearly and yearly reports.

• Assure comprehensive filing, streamlined communication, up to date knowledge management (set-up and implement a filing system to store, in appropriate fashion, all available technical information).

• Revise the intervention logic once per year.

Job location: Ganja,

Gross Salary is 830 EURO
