The successful candidates should have:
• Strong administration skills
• Good Organizational skills
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of WP/ TRP application process
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:
• Assistance in preparation of Work Permit / TRP applications and relevant documentation
• Making WP/ TRP application to State Migration Services.
• Collect ready applications from State Migration Services
• Administration of Exit Permits
• Arrangement of document notarization as required
• Administration of Letters of Invitation through Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Provide administrative support to HR Administrators on WP/ TRP issues
