Senior HR Analytics Specialist

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing HR processes aimed at achieving strategic HR goals using data analysis and analytical methods;
  • Control over establishing and use of the ERP module for HR operations;
  • Elimination of errors apparing in ERP for HR operations;
  • Adding new modules, if required;
  • Creation of Group HR analysis dashboards and their monthly update;
  • Monthly analysis of dashboards and submission of the results to the management for their review;
  • Preparation of monthly reports on annual leaves;
  • Preparation of other reports required by the management;
  • Analysis of current and prospective plans for Human Resources; 
  • Control over the process of development of successors;
  • Finding solutions to labor disputes; general analysis of complaints and suggestions coming in from employees;
  • Preparation of action plans based on the results of completed analysis.

Requirements:

  • University degree;
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience;
  • Good command of English with Azerbaijani native; 
  • Highly responsible;
  • MC office (Excel, Excel VBA, Access, Outlook, Power Point), Power Query, Power BI-advanced, SQL-intermediate;
  • Knowledge of HR Operations; 
  • Efficient team player.
