Choose your way to grow in FMCG field by starting a one-year full-time paid Internship program in Marketing with further employment opportunity.
What does the internship program involve:
- Assist brand manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share, maximize profits and support brands of Juice and Dairy category;
- Work with agencies on design development, briefing and getting proposals;
- Assist in controlling the receipt of requested documentation from the agencies and opening purchase order in 1C on a timely manner;
- Support in implementation of annual marketing activities and tracking budget execution;
- Participate in monthly price monitoring, regular tracking of media competitors and analyzing their trading activities;
- Assist in organizing BTL campaigns and prepare its budget;
- Engagement in preparation of presentations for commercial team review by providing marketing data and plan/actual progress analysis on a monthly basis;
- Support the process of contracting with suppliers;
- Evaluate promo offers from sales team and implement seasonal or periodical promo activities;
- Support in artwork process and new designs development of products
Who are we looking for?
- Fresh graduates, IV year students of Economics, Business administration or related field
- Previous practical activities in marketing will be an advantage
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, knowledge of English and Russian on B2+ level
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Passionate for developing in marketing and ready to put his/her knowledge into practice
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
- Ready to work full-time
