Identification, formalization, and agreement of requirements.
Audit, formalization, and optimization of existing business processes and designing new ones.
Documenting user and functional requirements in the User Story format, with identified and described in detail acceptance criteria.
Closely cooperating with the development teams, supporting them with tasks.
Conducting acceptance testing.
Automating business processes.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience.
Experience in writing documentation: business functional and non-functional requirements for agreement with stakeholders, functional requirements for direct transfer to development, acceptance scenarios for conducting testing, user manuals.
Experience in designing information systems.
Knowledge of at least one of the notations: BPMN, UML.
Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
