Main duties:
- Set up right priorities, daily, weekly monthly focus points, ensure store targets and goals are achieved in a timely manner
- Management of daily/weekly/monthly meetings with the store staff
- Control of staff KPIs
- Involve in all aspects of sales process, assist customers if needed, take part in actual sales process
- Develop successful sales plans on daily/weekly/monthly and yearly basis to grow stores performance
- Product control, control and overview of stock team and VM coordination
- Monitor staff interaction with client base, ensure proper service is provided
- Maintain store clean, ensure maintenance is done on time
- Oversee the store sales team and other staff members, supervising employees, delegating tasks, evaluating employee performance, managing staff problems, and designing work schedules.
- Pioneering/assisting in recruiting, training and managing employees
- Ensure store staff is following company and brand rules and regulations
- Work service-oriented to increase store traffic, will be in contact with marketing department
- Manage store inventory, prepare the store for inventory and revision
- Ensure all product's related operations are correctly done and on time, control of the departments responsible for these operations
- Prepare immediate and detailed reports on product to the related departments
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and demands
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to increase brand loyalty
- Prepare daily store check list
- Provide recommendations for improvements
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in store management (last 3 years as a Store Manager), chain store experience: minimum 2.000 m2 sales area, managed minimum of 50 personnel
- Experience in managing store budgets, large/high budget management
- Experience in manage product and stock control, preventing theft or loss
- Experience of working with the procedures, be open to innovations and learning
- Ability to plan store layout and organize products logically to help customers find the products they need (intermediate level of Visual Merchandising)
- Be able to report statistical and financial records of the store
- Able to comply with health and safety legislation
- Manage administrative tasks (MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.)
