As the Human Resources Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our people strategy, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment, and championing the professional development of our employees. - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Nurture a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a harmonious work environment.
- Design and implement professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, employment legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
