• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
• Nurture a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a harmonious work environment.
• Design and implement professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, employment legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
