Summary:

Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for leading financial modeling efforts, validating the financial viability of value creation projects, and overseeing project realization tracking. He/she will provide strategic insights through analytical reports to guide senior management in decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing complex financial models to assess project financials and risk factors;
• Leading cross-functional teams in validating and optimizing value creation projects;
• Oversee the tracking and monitoring of project realization, identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Providing strategic financial guidance to senior management;
• Creating comprehensive analytical reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations;
• Contributing to the development of financial strategies and long-term planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred);
• CFA/FRM/ACCA certification is preferred;
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis roles, preferably in the energy or petrochemical industry;

Any other specific requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling;
• Fluent Azerbaijani and English language skills;
• Microsoft Office knowledge;
• Strong leadership and project management skills;
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities;
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
