Description:

• Ensure quality control of all operations, including soil preparation, fertilization, seeding, spraying, cultivation, and harvesting, to meet the company's standards.
• Monitor and manage plant protection activities to mitigate risks associated with pests, diseases, and weeds, ensuring the health and productivity of crops.
• Oversee machinery management and planning, ensuring proper selection, maintenance, and utilization of equipment for agronomic purposes.
• Manage and optimize agronomic operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination, to ensure efficient and effective agricultural practices.
• Execute any other tasks or projects assigned by the manager related to your respective department.
• Follow company procedures and disciplinary rules while maintaining ethical standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety and Environment regulations contributing to a safe and healthy workplace for all team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Management is required.
• 1-3 years of practical experience in a related position.
• Good command of English.
• Solid knowledge of crop monitoring, data collection, soil sampling, and implementation of agronomic practices.
• Proven problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
