QA/QC Engineer (Construction field)

Job role:

• To attend all QA/QC inspections with client/contractor representatives. 
• To conduct inspections for all construction material deliveries. Controls all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action. 
• To submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project engineers. 
• Prepare weekly surveillance reports, non-conformance reports and verification of corrective actions 
• Checking the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with project requirements. 
• Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings. 
• Ensure that all equipment used are calibrated and with valid certificates. 
• Assist / coordinate the preparation of the final handing over documents such as QC/QA documents, testing and commissioning reports etc. 
• Preparation of testing and commissioning method statements in coordination with vendors, General Contractor representative's and project owners representative's.
• Reviews the customers specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector. 
• Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractor’s QC personnel.
• Assures all technical documents relative to site quality control are of current status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering 
• Skilled QA/QC Engineer with at least 5 years of experience industrial construction projects.
• Good knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD 2D/3D, general knowledge in Autodesk Revit, Oracle primavera
• Good written and verbal communication in English, Russian language is advantage.
