Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (“CIDC Baku LLC”) is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.

Following successful commencement of Production the Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC. 
 
We are currently seeking Internal Auditor to join the Company.

The duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Identification, prioritization, and assessment of key strategic, financial, operational, and compliance risks facing the organization and communicate the types and scale of risks to Management so that they can minimize those risks within the organization;
• Participate in executing, reporting and conducting follow up for various types of audits including financial, information systems and compliance;
• Assisting in the development of an annual Audit Plan;
• Prepare comprehensive audit documentation and audit reports that are in compliance with professional standards and methodology;
• Examine records and documentation to determine compliance with Company policies and procedures;
• Perform internal audit assignments in an efficient and timely manner to support the ex-ecution of the annual audit plan;
• Evaluate financial and operational systems and processes for integrity, adequacy of controls, and compliance with Company's objectives, policies and best practices;
• Interact with various levels of internal and external personnel and management to obtain audit information; present findings, make practical recommendations, and discuss audit reports;
• Perform other special projects as assigned
 

Requirements:

- University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years work experience in performing audits and evaluating internal controls
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication, writing and quantitative analysis skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, collect & analyze data for logical conclusion with attention to detail focusing on business facts
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIA, etc. are preferred
- Fluency in English, Azeri and Russian
- Good communicative level
- Well motivated, energetic,  self starter with imitative and able to take up responsibility
