The Largest Winter & Summer Tourism Complex in Azerbaijan. The Shahdag Mountain Resort is situated at the height between 1300 and 2554 meters above sea level, with a total area of 2045 hectares. Strategically located within Shahdag National Park which known for having an intact ecological and an untouched nature, situated in 32 km from the regional center of Qusar and 2-3 hours drive from Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.

The Shahdag Mountain Resort Azerbaijan is seeking an Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Executive Housekeepers, and Housekeeping Supervisors  for 3 Hotels.

POSITION PROFILE:

Manage overall housekeeping operation.
Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and the review of profit and loss statements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a proven track record of being an Executive Housekeeper for last 5 years in luxury hotels.
Ability to work well within the creative and entrepreneurial organization which expects its leader to be resourceful and willing to "roll up their sleeves".
Proven leadership and team building skills.
Strong financial acumen.
Human Resources ingenuity with the ability to instill the company culture within the hotel.
Strong operational and training skills.

The ideal candidate should have experience as Executive Housekeeper in a reputed 5 Star deluxe hotel ideally within Europe or CIS countries.
