The Shahdag Mountain Resort is seeking an Executive Housekeeper,

Assistant Executive Housekeepers, and Housekeeping Supervisors  for 3 Hotels.

Our ideal candidate must an ability to provide strategic leadership, yet a demonstrated facility with tactical execution of activities and projects.

POSITION PROFILE:

Manage overall housekeeping operation.
Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and the review of profit and loss statements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a proven track record of being an Executive Housekeeper for last 5 years in luxury hotels.
Ability to work well within the creative and entrepreneurial organization which expects its leader to be
resourceful and willing to "roll up their sleeves".

Proven leadership and team building skills.
Strong financial acumen.
Human Resources ingenuity with the ability to instill the company culture within the hotel.
Strong operational and training skills.
