PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO

Azersun Holding is looking for a highly qualified Personal Assistant to work for a high net worth individual.

Requirements:

- Bachelor`s/Master`s degree at one of the world-wide ranking universities and experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant;
- At least 1 year of administrative/personal assistant experience;
- Detail-oriented and highly-organized person;
- Poised and able to manage under stress and minimal supervision;
- Must possess the utmost level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information;
- Strong project management, communication skills are a must;
- Experience multitasking with the ability to handle changing priorities;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, intuitive, and resourceful with excellent problem-solving ability;
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Programs.

Responsibilities:

- All Personal Assistant duties (manage various departments` issues, send out invitations for appointments, plan vacations, personal events, etc.);
- Coordinate all logistics of international and domestic travel;
- Filter through high volume of telephone calls, email and mail with responsibility for very timely follow up;
- Draft correspondence and other documents;
- Liaise with the staff as needed.
