Role Synopsis:

• Reports to Senior Tax Accountant. Tax Accountant is responsible for analyzing the data from the hotels and preparing tax reports, assisting in the bookkeeping of transactions, payments, and other related activities.

Key Accountabilities:

• Preparing and submitting all tax reports for 10 hotel establishments
• Responding to tax authorities' requests/letters on time
• Reconciling tax accounts of companies
• Providing tax-related double entries based on each report
• Preparing reconciliation reports for unclaimed VAT amounts
• Informing finance teams of the companies about tax payments and their deadlines
• Assisting companies with any tax and accounting related inquires
• Analyzing and informing companies about possible tax-related risks
• Informing companies about tax legislation changes
• Assisting the accounting team upon request
• Submitting statistical reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

Desired background:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field is required
• ACCA is a plus
• More than 1 year of experience in relative field

Required skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with advanced use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Time management and ability to meet the deadlines
