Role summary:

• Prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, ensure data accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support to supervise Company's Financial statements.
• Responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.
• Help the business in making critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company finances.
• Gather and verify the accuracy of financial data, check journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
• Perform accounting tasks in collaboration with internal departments.
• Conducting audits on the accuracy of our financial information, providing assurance that our accounting practices adhere to regulations, and performing general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• Performing audits on financial data to assure its accuracy and truthfulness.
• Aligning general ledger accounting practices to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Support month-end and year-end closing process.
• Provide monthly reporting including preparation of balance sheet.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for planning team or annual external audit.
• Check and analyze the accuracy of integration between ERP systems.

Required background experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other related specialization.
• At least 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting, or similar field
• Intermediate English
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
• Familiarity with accounting software and programs
• ACCA F3 is required. F7 is preferable. Other certificates are advantage.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel pivot tables, formulas, charts); knowledge of Gold and COINS is an advantage.
