Vacancy: Ticketing Agent

Reports to: Operations Director

Duties:

- Air ticketing
- Hotels/cars booking via GDS
- Handling per-shift 24/7 support
- Preparing and submission of sales reports to Accounts Department
- Maintaining Customer Care ethics

other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

- Age 23-40
- University degree
- At least 2 years work experience in the related field
- Capable to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent knowledge of Galileo, Gabriel and MS Office applications
- Good knowledge of airlines’ rules, geography and destination peculiarities
- Very good command of Azeri, English and Russian (both written and verbal)
- Team oriented, punctual with sense of time and responsibility
- Able to work under pressure
- Respect and follow the in-office rules

Monthly salary:
From 700 AZN (NET)
