Job Function: To deliver the sales department business plan for new & used machines in terms of volume, market share and profit within budget in the specified territory to new and existing customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • - Develop and implement an annual sales and marketing plan which will deliver the above through existing and new customers
  • - Manage, motivate & develop the sales teams to maximise their performance.
  • - Manage the forward order plan and brand forecast for the territory
  • - Manage new and used stock levels in line with company policy
  • - Implement brand sales campaigns and marketing initiatives within the territory to create new business and retain customers
  • - Provide relevant feedback to Company business units on product performance and customer satisfaction
  • - Ensure programmes and processes are in place to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
