Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance or in a related field is required;
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA FA (F3), MA (F2) and FR (F7);
- More than 2 years of experience in the related field;
- Advanced reading and writing skills in English;
- Advanced knowledge of MS office programs (especially Excel);
- Analytical thinking;
- Experience in real estate industry is an advantage;
- A good knowledge of IFRS 15, 16 and IAS40 is an advantage;
- 1C knowledge is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
- Preparing weekly and monthly corporate reports ("Management Report");
- Performing month-end and year-end close processes;
- Proposing and implementing new ideas for improvement of the reporting process;
- Participating in the development of software for the activity directions and automation of the relevant processes;
- Analyzing of financial statements and ratios;
- Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve financial performance;
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Salary: 2000-2500 AZN (net)
