Responsibilities:

• Individual Counseling: Provide confidential individual counseling and therapy sessions to university students
• Group Counseling: Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic group sessions on topics such as stress management, resilience building, and interpersonal skills.
• Outreach and Prevention: Develop and implement mental health awareness and prevention programs, workshops, and seminars for the university community.
•  Documentation: Maintain accurate and confid ential records of counseling sessions

Job requirements:

• Excellent level in English: applicants must be able to teach in English in their topic (chemistry);
• Master in Counselling Psychology or equivalent;
• A degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Experience in providing counseling and psychological services, preferably in an educational or university setting;
• Strong knowledge of counseling techniques, crisis intervention, and mental health assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ethical and confidential work ethic.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
