Job requirements:

• As a PR Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing UFAZ's public image through innovative communication strategies and impactful campaigns. You will collaborate with academic and administrative departments, oversee media relations, and lead creative initiatives to promote UFAZ's mission and achievements.
• Craft compelling press releases, articles, formal documents and scripts for various media outlets.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain strong relationships with media representatives.
• Coordinate UFAZ’s student clubs
• Manage the admin panel of the university’s website
• Moderate UFAZ events
• Manage and create content for social media platforms, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging, including hosting live Instagram sessions.
• Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics, moderation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Assist in video editing.
• Design and implement PR campaigns to strengthen UFAZ’s brand presence.
• Monitor and report on PR activities and their outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to update and maintain website content

What We’re Looking for:

• A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in public relations and communications.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create impactful content.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong fluency in Azerbaijani and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• A proactive and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
