Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the relevant field;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI (SQL knowledge preferred);
- Proficiency in Russian or English (required for research);
- Must possess knowledge of statistical modeling, analysis, and forecasting methods;
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies;
- Strong presentation and independent research skills;
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems;
Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports.
- Conduct diagnostic analyses on marketing activities.
- Perform predictive analysis to plan future marketing activities.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Manager, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Develop various report dashboards within Power BI, Excel, and Google Data Studio (Looker Studio).
- Collaborate with the analytical team to establish business needs and influence key business decisions.
- Create DAX formulas and measures for various analyses.
- Analyze data according to tasks, build and apply new models.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing communication channel costs.
