ANS is currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven person to fulfill the position of Business Development Manager.
The Business Development Manager, under supervision of the Executive Director, is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating a longterm strategic growth plan for ANS . As well, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for working closely with and building the capacity of the local financial manager.
Responsibilities
• Manage a team to explore and actively pursue growth opportunities for ANS Tours
• Monitor and maximize ANS positive local impact, and ensure compliance to responsible company governance policy.
• Provide consulting to Executive Director in planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations
• Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders • Manage accounting processes and ensure full compliance with the international standard
• Coordinate preparation of financial reports, analyses, and information reports
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen appropriate internal control safeguards Qualifications
• Creative, selfmotivated, proactive and confident
• Experience in strategic planning and business development
• Experience managing a diverse team and strong willingness to build capacity of local staff
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections • Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the ANS team
• Knowledge of 1C is a plus
Duration of the Position
We are seeking an individual that can commit to a period at least 3 years .
