Job Title: Audio Video Conference Systems Engineer
Unit: Specialized Engineers' Team
Reports to:  Manager of AVC Team
Position Type:  Full Time
Duration of contract:  Permanent

Responsibilities:

- Implement AVC solutions
- Work with project management to implement new projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve systems hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system availability, load, and system capacity
- Act as a technical advisor to customer and account team in area of technology expertise
- Participate in on-call duty rotation that may require evening and weekend work

Skills requirements:

- Knowledge of Routing and switching fundamental
- Knowledge of Security and firewalls fundamental
- Knowledge of SIP and H.323 protocols, MCU, MGW, Gatekeeper
- Knowledge of Telephony fundamental
- Knowledge of Audio and Video – Codecs, Switching, Design, Cabling fundamental
- Knowledge of Polycom, Tandberg, RadVision, MS Lync or other conferencing system equipment and technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills

Qualification requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields

Experience requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience

Language requirements:
Good knowledge of spoken and written English, Azeri and Russian
