Key responsibilities:
- Maintain current HR files and databases;
- Manage HR administration such as orders and letters;
- Develop job descriptions.
- Prepare and update personal files of the employees;
- Be responsible for the on the job orientation for new hires;
- Assist with the organization of the staff social events;
- Complete monthly and fortnightly paperwork to be submitted to the Payroll team;
- Assist hotel staff and management queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 2-3 years of experience in HR;
- High level of social and interpersonal skills;
- Highly developed organizational skills;
- High level of written and verbal business Azeri, English. Russian is plus;
- Willing to work in the hospitality industry;
