JOB TITLE:   Training Instructor

REPORTS TO:  Service Manager

SUPERVISES:  None

Area Organisation Chart – Training Instructor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of the Training Instructor include following duties defined by duty regulations, but are not limited to them:

1. Present the technical system and machine specific trainings at sites or office environment.
2. Help development of technician’s carrier plans.
3. Maintain the training classrooms, simulator room and library.
4. Provide translations for the technical training classes as required.
5. Maintain a training record for service technicians.
6. Manage the ongoing skills assessment program
7. Create training documents for specific trainings.
8. Create tests and assess all technicians according to regular basis.
9. Take an active role in all training classes and organize hand on trainings.
10.  Keep abreast of new and innovative training methods.
11. Must have a good technical aptitude about mechanical tools and repairs,
12. Must be a self starter
13. Must be a team player,
14. Must be honest and trustworthy,
15. Must be eager to learn
16. Encourage learners to learn from each other
17. Introduce an exploratory spirit
18. Bears full responsibility for accepted and outstanding up to the end work of the previous employ

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Essential Criteria

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Good English and Russian
• Excellent customer liaison and relationship developing skills.
• Self motivation
• Strong computer skills.(Microsoft office and CAT software)
• Mechanical Engineering degree or experiences
• Good time management skills.
