Receptionist

The duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Welcoming guests to the hotel in a polite, friendly and helpful manner. Dealing with late arrivals and assisting with early check-outs.
• Answering telephone inquiries promptly & professionally & transferring calls on. Being a point of contact for guests should they have any queries.
• Operating switchboard and directing calls appropriately. Dealing with and resolving customer complaints.
• Provide information and literature about the hotel in person and via telephone. Ensuring all relevant paperwork has been completed in order for a smooth hand over at the end of your shift.
• To prepare wake-up call report in advance and proceed it in a propper manner and on time
• To be available on duty during peak periods.

Requirements:

• High education
• Knowledge and practice on OPERA PMS
• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant area.
• High spoken and written English, Azeri and Russian languages
• Highly organized, ability to multi-task and work well within a team
• Able to work in flexible working hours
