About the Job
The MHPSS field officer implements Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) activities as defined in collaboration with the relevant coordinator at local and national level. S/he supervises and coaches MHPSS providers to support victims of armed conflict and/or other situations of violence and/or provide direct MHPSS support.
This is a full-time position based in Baku, with the activities in Baku (50%) and Barda (50%).

You should have the proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and cope with competing demands under tight deadlines. You should have the ability to establish and maintain positive working relations in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment.
