Job description:
- Be a subject matter expert in the field of Group wide HR Frameworks, Policies and approaches and scaling up them to Strategic Assets of PASHA Holding;
- Being responsible for certain Strategic Assets in terms of alignment to Group HR Frameworks and Policies and being frontline HR contact for them;
- Conduct continuous monitoring of PASHA Holding’s Strategic Assets based on regular reporting and inform Group HR on trends, problems, best practices related to HR processes;
- Constant liaison with Business Group and alignment of business expectations from HR function in Strategic Assets and Group in order to contribute to business strategy;
- Participation in SAs projects where needed;
- Track Group-wide HR projects, HR Strategic and Organizational Culture initiatives, their KPIs and results;
- Coordination of the whole Group-wide Mobility Process;
- Keep track of post-Agile transformation in Strategic Assets from HR perspective;
- Analytics of trends and HR metrics in partnership with Group HR to develop solutions, programs and policies;
- Support Group HR to plan and work through organizational change including facilitating co-design approaches and developing business cases for change;
- Monitoring of talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement of the particular Strategic Assets of PH.
Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in HR;
- Experience in financial sector (banking, insurance) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Solid problem-solving skills;
- Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations;
- Good research abilities;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian is a plus.
