Job description:

• Development, support in implementation, maintenance and optimization of group wide risk policies, rules and guidelines.
• Serve as subject matter expert, and internal consultant to Banking and Insurance companies risk functions in the relation to risk framework and policy developments.
• Review and formulate analysis of trends and factors impacting risk profile and risk appetite of group banks and insurance companies to determine and suggest action plans.
• Review internal Risk Health Index (RHI) exposure reports for all applicable group companies on a quarterly basis and coordinate execution exposure and capabilities parts of RHIs on an annual basis. 
• Be responsible for Risk Health Index governance maintenance and review process. 
• Suggest inclusion of risk metrics in SAs Risk Appetite Statement considering business strategy, best practices and regulatory standards.
• Supervise implementation of stress-testing process in banking and insurance companies, suggesting enhancements to group-wide stress testing framework.
• Development of ICAAP process in group banks.
• Closely communicate and liaise with risk teams of group banks and insurance companies.

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:

• At least Bachelor degree in Finance/Banking and related fields;
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience;
• Strong communication, negotiation skills and problem solving skills;
• Strong analytical thinking and good statistics knowledge;
• FRM or CFA certification is an advantage;
