Job Description:

The Digital PMO Administrator is responsible for supporting the Digital Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, executing, and delivering digital projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. The Digital PMO Administrator will assist the Digital PMO team in project management processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Digital PMO team with project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities, ensuring that projects are executed according to plan and on time
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and project artifacts, using project management software and tools
  • Support the Digital PMO team in managing project risks, issues, and changes, including tracking and reporting on project metrics
  • Manage and coordinate communication with project stakeholders, including scheduling and facilitating project status meetings and updates
  • Support the Digital PMO team in developing and maintaining project management processes, tools, and methodologies, ensuring that they are updated and aligned with industry best practices
  • Collaborate with the Digital PMO team to develop project dashboards and reporting templates to provide visibility into project status and progress
  • Assist in the development of project budgets and track actual costs against planned budgets
  • Monitor project resource utilization and capacity, making recommendations for resource allocation based on project needs
  • Provide general administrative support to the Digital PMO team as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in project administration or project coordination
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Experience in a digital environment, preferably in a digital agency or marketing environment
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
