Main responsibilities:

  • Organizing and implementing the training process for distributors and commercial(sales) service employees
  • Developing principles and criteria to define the capabilities of retail outlets depending on the purchase mission, subchannel, area, equipment, competitive environment, and other factors
  • Systematizing data on the drivers of commercial standards, digitizing and prioritizing them
  • Ensuring creation and improvement of reporting for performance analysis and evaluation of results within the commercial standards

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in commerce or business management)
  • At least 2 years of experience as training specialist, experience in sales and sales analytics in FMCG sector
  • Experience in the development of training materials and training
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani and Russian – fluent, English – at least upper-intermediate level
  • Knowledge of the standards of work and visibility in retail
  • Principles of building distribution channels
  • Understanding the key performance indicators of the company and work in sales channels, sales performance indicators
  • Confident MS Office user (Excel, Power Point)
  • Multitasking ability
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills
  • Market research methodology
  • Skills in business analysis of sales and distribution indicators
  • Ethics in business communication, decision-making, teamwork, drive for results, teaching skills
  • High communication skills
