Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with Banks and Insurance companies, brokers, and agents.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with Partners or Vendors to develop tailored insurance solutions that meet the precise client's needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the insurance sector.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking, or insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong understanding of industry products, services, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
