Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Ensuring timely and high-quality work of the B&P and Utilities Unit
  • Coordination of work to improve the technical and economic indicators of the plant at all stages of the production process
  • Coordination of work and monitoring the implementation of activities aimed at achieving goals and improving indicators on the Quality Index
  • Optimization of operating costs
  • Planning, coordination and control of work on scheduled maintenance and repair, unscheduled repairs;
  • Monitoring compliance with sanitary standards and rules by subordinate employees, sanitary condition and microbiological cleanliness in assigned production premises and territories;
  • Interaction with internal divisions and external organizations.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Higher technical / fermentation technology education
  • Special knowledge and work experience in the brewing industry for at least 5 years, as well as experience in managerial positions for at least 2 year
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani language; knowledge of English (upper–intermediate), Russian language is welcome
  • Advanced user of MS office.

Ideally, you’ll also have knowledge of:

  • Beer sensory and beer production 
  • CIP/Sanitation processes
  • Raw material procurement and ordering
  • Technical conditions and instructions
  • Regulatory documents in the sphere of professional activity of the employee and labor relations with the employer.
  • The current legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the part concerning the performance of their official duties
  • Resolutions and orders of state authorities
  • National and industry standards
