Job Description

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, general ledger, and tax reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Monitor compliance with tax regulations and company policies
• Prepare budget forecasts and assist in strategic financial planning
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors and tax authorities
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Maintain and improve internal controls
• Lead and develop a team of accountants and finance staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, including leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of local tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards 
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., 1C, SAP,) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
