Job requirements:

  • BSc, MSc in Finance, Economics, or related field; CIMA, ACCA is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience in the related field
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, SAP
  • Fluent Azerbaijani and English. Russian – desirable

Key Accountabilities:

  • To participate directly in the formulation of budgets of both the Company and develop budgets and forecasts for the projects controlled by the Company;
  • To ensure the preparation of the annual operating plan and the budget as part of it (including income and expenditure forecasts, investment plans);
  • To cooperate closely with relevant structures and to perform cost-benefit analyses to ensure effective budget planning, monitoring and reporting;
  • To control the implementation of the budget, determine the differences between actual-plan-last year results and provide financial advice for corrective measures;
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction in projects and provide support for cost optimization;
  • Make proposals and carry out works to develop standardized budget for various projects;
  • To ensure preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget reports for management;
  • To participate in the implementation of related ad-hoc tasks and answer requests.
