Job requirements:
- BSc, MSc in Finance, Economics, or related field; CIMA, ACCA is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in the related field
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, SAP
- Fluent Azerbaijani and English. Russian – desirable
Key Accountabilities:
- To participate directly in the formulation of budgets of both the Company and develop budgets and forecasts for the projects controlled by the Company;
- To ensure the preparation of the annual operating plan and the budget as part of it (including income and expenditure forecasts, investment plans);
- To cooperate closely with relevant structures and to perform cost-benefit analyses to ensure effective budget planning, monitoring and reporting;
- To control the implementation of the budget, determine the differences between actual-plan-last year results and provide financial advice for corrective measures;
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction in projects and provide support for cost optimization;
- Make proposals and carry out works to develop standardized budget for various projects;
- To ensure preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget reports for management;
- To participate in the implementation of related ad-hoc tasks and answer requests.
