Key functions:
- Manage document workflow: Oversee the creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving of documents within established procedures.
- Ensure document version control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date versions of documents, track changes, and implement revision control processes.
- Organize and file documents: Establish and maintain a well-organized document filing system, including categorization, indexing, and storage.
- Provide document training and awareness: Assist in training employees on document control procedures, promote best practices, and ensure policy adherence.
- Assist in document audits and compliance: Support document audits, inspections, and compliance assessments to meet regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or any related field
- Previous experience in document control or any related administrative role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing and organizing documents, ensuring proper categorization and indexing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, provide instructions, and communicate document-related information effectively.
- Proficiency in using document management systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software for document processing and organization.
- Willingness to adapt to changing processes and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
