Main responsibilities and duties according to the job requirements:
- Receiving and registering incoming documents.
- Distributing documents to relevant parties and delivering them to executors.
- Sending documents and monitoring execution deadlines.
- Copying, duplicating, and digitizing documents.
- Archiving documents.
- Receiving discovered documents through an official handover act.
- Preparing lists of sent documents.
- Importing sample goods from abroad.
- Preparing monthly reports on document flow, postal expenses, and corrections.
Key requirements (education, certifications, work experience, foreign language skills, etc.):
- Fluency in Azerbaijani (spoken and written).
- Male candidates.
- Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
- Age limit: up to 26 years.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in organizing information effectively.
- Excellent skills in drafting formal letters.
- Salary: Determined based on the interview.
Work schedule:
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
