İşin təsviri

Vəzifə öhdəlikləri:

• Yeni layihənin icrası, onun detallı şəkildə planlaşdırılması və partyorlardan dizayn proyektin alınmasını təşkil etməlidir.
• Dizayn proyekti aldığdan sonra tikinti, mebel və bundan əlavə proyektdə istifadə olunan bütün materiallar üzrə tender prosesini təşkil etməli, materialların alınmasını təmin etməli və investisiya büdcəsini hazırlamalıdır.
• Kontraktorlar müəyyən edildikdən sonra onlarla müqavilələri bağlamalı və layihənin dizayn proyektə uyğun olaraq icrasını təmin etməlidir.
• Bütün işlər bitdikdən sonra layihəni düzgün şəkildə təhvil verməlidir.

Əsas tələblər: 

Təhsil:

• İqtisadiyyat/Biznesin idarə edilməsi üzrə Ali təhsil.
• Satınalma/təchizat zənciri/layihənin idarə edilməsi üzrə sertifikat.

Təcrübə:

• Satınalma / təchizat zənciri/ layihənin idarə olunması sahəsində ən az 1 il təcrübə. 

Professional biliklər:

• Satınalma/Təchizat Zənciri
• Layihənin idarə olunması
• İngilis dili yüksək səviyyədə  
• MS Office proqramları

The role of the position:

The role of this position is to organize and supervise repair and construction works by the customer company.

Job responsibilities:

• The execution of the new project, its detailed planning and the purchase of the design project from the partners should be arranged.
• After receiving the design project, he should organize the tender process for construction, furniture and all materials used in the project, ensure the purchase of materials and prepare the investment budget.
• Once the contractors are identified, they must conclude contracts and ensure that the project is executed in accordance with the design project.
• After all the work is done, he should hand over the project properly.

Main requirements:

Education:

• Higher education in Economics/Business administration.
• Certification in procurement/supply chain/project management.

Experience: 

• At least 1 year of experience in procurement / supply chain / project management.
