Contracts Administration Assistant
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: University degree (humanitarian or technical sciences)
Work Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Languages: English (fluent), Azeri (fluent)
Responsibilities:
Issue vessel upgrades CTR, TSR, VOR-s to Client based on project requirements, preparation of proposal presentation to Client;
Collection of relevant feedback; quotes, SOWs, drawings, etc.;
Vessel Upgrades CTR and Procurement Tracking;
Full participation in requisitioning process for vessel upgrades activities;
Participation in Project Financial close outs;
Support Assets Department upon Project Requirement and current workload
