Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategy and positioning through a unified and distinctive brand identity, across all consumer touch points;
- Oversee marketing communications, advertising, digital, creative, CRM, PR, social media, and analytical functions and develop growth strategies and programs;
- Act as the primary point of contact for marketing department from preparing, reviewing, and/or approving marketing costs to generating profitable marketing campaigns;
- Create and execute the annual marketing plan, including campaign calendar, consumer target segments, objectives, promotions and creative approach;
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff through planning, communicating, delivering feedback and providing growth opportunities;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, E-Commerce, Retail and Customer Service departments to develop compelling, creative and sustainable marketing programs;
- Manage the marketing budget and monitoring planned allocation of advertising expenses in alignment with marketing objectives;
Expectations:
- 5 years of experience within marketing, communications and/or advertising;
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in head/director role;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or another related field. MBA or education abroad is an advantage;
- Strong portfolio of advertising, TVC and other creative projects;
- Deep knowledge of modern digital marketing technologies and solutions. Solid knowledge of E-commerce is an advantage;
- Sales oriented mindset and experience in working with KPIs;
- Native in Azerbaijani, Fluent in English.
