Summary:

We are seeking a talented and analytical CRM Analyst to join our team. As a CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis and implementing strategic improvements to our customer relationship management system. Your insights will be crucial in driving customer engagement and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze big data and generate customer insights to advise solution and presenting this insight back to stakeholders
  • Make recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes, increase sales & customer engagement and retention
  • Follow up CRM KPIs and periodic reports; collaborate with internal units
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track CRM performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the CRM system
  • Segment customer databases and create targeted marketing lists for personalized communications
  • Conduct A/B testing and data-driven experiments to optimize CRM campaigns and improve key performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Administration, MIS, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field)
  • Proven work experience as a CRM Analyst, Marketing Analytics or in a similar analytical role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries are required
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
